Colony later <br />deemed this slope flat enough to aBOw topsoil to be safely placed, and at 27 degrees the topsoil <br />veneer would be slab+e as long as it remains tree draining. Because this slope represented the <br />ilnal con5yuranon of the Plant Sde fill .n this valley. d was seeded with the permanent seed mix. <br />The approx,mate limas of this area are depicted on Exhibd F•3 Because the topsol <br />veneer did not significantly change the topography, the post mining topography Is essentially as <br />shown on Exnibd F-4 which s based on 1982 aerial topography in this area.
