Although the remaining ndrtneastern 5 acres nova also bean
successfully revegetated in accordance with the standards descrlL•ed In the permit, these 5 acres
are not !wing requested for release at this time. The basis for Ihts derision Is the possibility that
the bunetl waterline may be put back in service, and future maintenance on the waterline coWd
be a problem d the area has been released Whae the pipeline route represents only about 1.5
acres of Me 5 remawng acres In this northeastern half of Sub-area 176, for simpliaty this 5 acres
m Sub-area 178 formerly usted as "reclaimed" era not being requested for release at this time
4.2.6 Swiicryard Fill (ISP Area ?BA)
This area consists of i9 acres, ~nciuding a flat-lying suAace of about 9 acres and stile
slopes comprising another 10 acres.
