The side slopes are further drv:ded rnto about 6 acres of rear repose angle rockfill slopes at approximately 1 SH 1V and S acres of gently sloping topsoil coveretl and revegelateC slopes at approximately 3H 1V The latter sde was described as "Crowbar Flu' in a ast of reclamation projects submitted to the MLR Dlwsion m 1988 ana constructed in summer 1989. Only the fmshed repose angle rockfiq slope and the regraded, topsoaed and seeded Crowbar Fin slope are the subject of tnis submittal. The remaining 9 acres of flat lying surface on top of the S~•vdchyard F4l will continue as an active area. While the ultimate use of that flat area ~s likely td remain Industrial, d remains for the present reserved for eleIXncal power stepdown transformers antl other swdching equipment. The approximate limns of !tits area are depicted on Exhibit F•3 Because the regrading work and topsoil spreading done in 1989 .n Crrnvbar fat did not signdicantly change the topography, the post mining topography is essentially as shown on Exhibll F-4 which Is based on 1982 aenal topography m this area, The current condition of this area Is presented .n Figure 16 Although Douglas Flr was Included in the seetl mix m the gently sloping 3:1 slope. the Douglas Fir trees on the repose angle rockfill slope are all volunteer invaders.
