(Golder) is pleased to submit this summary of Phase Nb and c Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) services performed for the Cresson Project during the period of October 13s' through October 26"', 2002. The weather during this reporting period was clear to cloudy. Approximate daytime low temperatures ranged from 22° F to 36° F, and highs ranged from 49° F to 69° F. Snow was recorded on October 22"d 23rd, 24`h, and 26`h, 2002. Weather observations were made on twelve days of this fourteen day reporting period. Construction Synopsis .~tnes Construction Inc. (Ames) of Aurora, Colorado is the earthworks contractor for the Phase Nb and c construction. Ames conducted Phase IVb and c construction activities on twelve days of this fourteen day reporting period (October 14s' through October 19a' and October 21S` through October 26~'). Phase IVb Ames continued to haul and place Soil Liner Fill (SLF) in the Phase Nb PSSA and at the PSSA west end berm. Ames conducted five Depth Veritication Tests on placed SLF. Poly-Flex continued deployment of 80-mil single-sided textured (SST) LLDPE geomembrane, 100-mil SST LLDPE geomembrane, 100-mil smooth LLDPE geomembrane, and began placement of 100-mil • double-sided textured (DST) LLDPE geomembrane in Phase IVb. Poly-Flex deployed 80-mil SST LLDPE geomembrane over an area of 38,906 square feet, deployed 100-mil SST LLDPE geomembrane over an area of 134,421 square feet, deployed 100-mil smooth LLDPE geomembrane
