<br />Embankment fill <br />Minimum allowable density = As detailed in the construction <br />specification <br />Moisture content = <br />Sail Liner Fill <br />Minimum allowable density ~ 95% of maximum dry density <br />Moisture content 2% dry to 2% wet of optimum <br />2.0 Svnthetic Liner <br />The geosynthetic liner QA program is defined to provide confirmation <br />that the installed liner and containment system meets the intent and detail <br />of the Specifications. The following testing program will be adopted. <br />2.1 Testino Summary <br />Manufacturers quality control data for all liner material <br />shipped to the project will be reviewed and material quality verified <br />prior to installation. <br />Independent testing for conformance with manufacturers data <br />will be performed on samples randomly selected from roles of <br />material, yet at a rate not less than once per fifteen roles. <br />All welding equipment will be required to produce a test welds <br />ten times per day or following the cessation of welding for strength <br />testing in shear and peel. Sampling of welds from the inplace <br />material will be performed at a schedule of one sample per 500 yds <br />of weld. <br />
