<br />Non-destructive testing will be performed on all welds to <br />determine water-tightness visual observation by the Engineer of the <br />nondestructive testing and selected independent testing welds will <br />be performed. <br />At the completion of the pond liner installation a water test <br />will be performed to determine the integrity of the primary liner. <br />All testing will be reported in standardized format. The pond <br />will be documented and inspection flaws and repair annotated from <br />placement to acceptance. Prior to acceptance a final inspection and <br />review of all repairs relative to quality control data will be <br />performed. The as-built for the entire liner inclusiwe of panel <br />numbers for reference purposes will be prepared at completion of <br />the work. <br />3.0 Submittal of Test Results <br />Periodically during construction progress reports inc~iuding test <br />results of the QA program and descriptions of any modification to the <br />design necessitated by site conditions will be prepared. The reports will <br />be submitted to regulatory agencies for review. At completion of the <br />construction a report describing the as-built condition of the facility <br />will be prepared and certified by the project Engineer. <br />
