• 7.4 Geodrain <br />Geodrain shall be installed as a leak detection layer between <br />the two synthetic liners for the collection pond. The geodrain shall <br />be a high flow capacity polyethylene grid such as that produced by <br />Tensar, model DN1, or equivalent as acceptable to the Engineer. <br />The geodrain shall be shipped to the site in rolls and stored <br />before use according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Each roll <br />shall be placed in a clean condition over the lower synthetic liner <br />taking precautions to prevent damage to the underlying liner. The <br />geodrain shall be placed according to the manufacturer's <br />recommendations. <br />The geodrain shall not be welded or bonded Ito either the <br />underlying or overlying synthetic liners. <br />• 1 <br />• <br />38 <br />
