• Construct tailings delivery pipeline and' water return <br />• pipeline systems. <br />• Complete final grading and site cleanup. <br />The Engineer/Owner reserves the right to modify the <br />Contractor's planned schedule at the time of its submission to meet <br />the overall project requirements. <br />The Contractor shall submit the schedule developed concurrently <br />with his bid. The schedule must clearly identify the critical path <br />of activities necessary to complete the designated work. The schedule <br />submitted shall be in accordance with the actual calendar days on <br />which actual work will be performed. The schedule shall be detailed <br />to identify all work activities, critical milestones, and float <br />times. At a minimum, all activities addressed by these Specifications <br />shall be incorporated into the schedule. The schedule shall become <br />part of the contract documents. <br />• 1 2.7 As-Built Drawings <br />The Contractor shall provide the Owner with "as-built" Drawings <br />by properly recording all dimensions that are necessary for <br />construction but are not indicated on the plans, and all changes to <br />any dimensions on the plans. The Contractor shall provide the Owner <br />with all measurements and all data required. Preparation of the "as- <br />built" Drawings will be the responsibility of the Contractor. <br />2.8 Demobilization <br />Demobilization shall consist of the removal of temporary <br />structures and shaping, contouring, and grading to pra~vide surfaces <br />for permanent stabilization and reclamation as required by the Owner. <br /> The Contractor shall remove all trash, debris, and waste <br /> material from the site and properly dispose of said material.
