Colorado Mazble Inc. is aware that these <br />documents must be excepted by the state prior to approval of the permit amendment. <br />3)The USFS has forwazded a letter to yow office dated January 29, 2007, stating their <br />position regazding the road relocation within the mining area. Colorado Mazble plans to <br />relocate the road within the mining area to run pazailel to and adjacent to the west side of <br />berm constructed along the west side of Tayyor Gulch. The actual road re-allignment <br />planned can be referenced on Cb Mining Plan Map, Existing Mine Disturbance Map by <br />drawing a line from the end of the northward trending roadway symbal north/northwest <br />to the point where southwazd trending FS Road 228 jogs to the southeast. This road will <br />follow the berm, stay on the west side of Taylor Gulch drainage, and will allow for <br />private vehicle (4WD) access to FS Road 228 directly above mining azea until a more <br />permanent road relocation can be planned and approved by all agencies involved. <br />Azurite will provide the Division with a Mining Plan Map showing the proposed road <br />realignment and will forwazd an electronic and hazd copy asap. <br />
