4) a), Sediment collection will be monitored and removed as necessary. Sediment <br />removal will be scheduled no less than season interval. Removal will likely occur <br />with a hydralulic excvator or front end loader. Fines will be disbursed and buried <br />in lifts less than 6" deep within the waste rock dump. Fines will be buried within <br />the interior of waste rock dump and not placed near the surface slopes of the <br />dump. <br />b), Colorado Mazble will commit to scheduling a lazge scale percolation test <br />event during June or July, 2007, with DRMS in attendance, if possible, to review <br />percolation rates of the lower pit given an input of several thousand gallons of water. <br />Colorado Mazble will contact DBMS with a schedule for such a test two week prior. <br />5) The original Reclamation Map submitted includes contour intervals of 20' but <br />these thin blue lines have not copied well on some submittals. Azurite will <br />forwazd cleaner copies for inclusion in the final document. Final reclamation map <br />copies should be available by March 2.2007. <br />6) The steep slope area will be designated on the re-drawn Reclamation Map. <br />7) The Division's comments aze noted.
