There were no sludge deposits below a point <br />reported as the limit of black water (water is clear, <br />the black color may come from the sludge <br />coating). See picture to the right. This location is <br />`indicated as the "At end of extent of fines <br />migration" on Wash Plant Coal Fines Migration <br />Map prepared by the operator (approximately <br />15,000 feet downstream from the Pond E outfall). <br />Also shown on this drawing is the location of the <br />culvert at the railroad crossing, and the culvert <br />near the school house. <br />OTHER <br />At the close of this inspection, Nettleton handed to <br />Walker the following documents: Twentymile Letter of September 12, 2006, Re: Foidel Creek Mine (Permit <br />No. C-82-056) -Technical Revision TR OS-55, West Haulroad (Haulroad A) land Associated Ancillary <br />Facilities, Technical Adequacy Responses; and a copy of an e-mail from Nettleton to Walker, 09/12/2006 <br />11:06, Re: C-1982-056, MR 210, Decision Due Date (revised).
