In due course <br />and after notice to all the interested parties, the Court <br />in Lake County appointed Nlrs. Webster in npril as the <br />personal representative of the estate and also made a <br />determination that the decedent died leaving a number <br />of heirs and basically the heirship is divided between <br />htrs. Clebste~.- as the surviving spouse, three surviving <br />children and four grandchildren by a deceased son and <br />it is these individuals according to their interest as <br />the Court has determined who are now represented by the <br />Estate of Ellis V. Webster and who will be paying any <br />assessment that is made by this board. <br />Now shortly after the commencement of t}~e <br />administration of the estate and t}ie required publication <br />of notice to creditors, one of the decedent sons, P7r, <br />Charles Webster, wllo is here in court with h1r.
