Webster -- Charles Webster can expand on this -- <br />there has been no additional disturbance in terms of <br />new ground at either of the pits and particularly this <br />pit that is the subject of this hearing. There has berm <br />material that was stockpiled on the area that has been <br />processed and has been used to fill certain orders. But <br />no new material has been dug. I an <br />an attorney in Leadville, Colorado, and I represent Mrs. <br />Fray Webster arho is the surviving spouse of Ellis V. <br />Webster. By way of background, the decedent, Ellis V. <br />Webster, was in the sand and gravel business in Leadville <br />in Lake County, Colorado, for a period from 1995 until his <br />death in 1981.
