It caas my <br /> 8 understanding that Mr. Webster was told that he could <br /> 9 remove the stockpiles, but that he couldn't do any <br /> 10 mining and no mining has been done. I did not realize <br /> 11 that this board would consider the removal of e:~isting <br /> 12 stockpiles as in and of itself the requiring of permits. <br /> 13 Unfortunately it has taken longer for the Estate to <br /> 14 obtain its ownership of property than it should Dave, <br /> 15 but initially we didn't intend the Estate appl}•ing for <br /> 16 a pc-xmit, rather to liquidate tlZe interest in the pits <br /> 17 and allocaing those who receive the property either by <br /> 18 purchase or distribution to go ahead with their own <br /> 19 application. <br /> 20 t1R.
