So I guess these are two <br />17 concerns I've got, and I'd Iike to have some discussion <br />18 about that because I don't want to continue this more <br />19 than about once. <br />20 MR, BANTA: I guess my one discussion, <br />21 Dennis, would be if we come to agreement, let's say the <br />22 board elected- -and there's no objection t o this--the <br />23 board gives us until December to give us ample time to <br />24 deal with this issue.
