DONALD: I don't know if I have a <br />6 slightly different view on this or not, but my feeling is <br />7 I don't want to continue to continue, and maybe--I guess <br />8 I'm thinking of one of two ways to go on this. If we <br />9 continue for next month, I guess my feeling is I want to <br />10 hear it then. And either there's going to be a violation <br />11 or no violation, and if there's a violation that's <br />12 outstanding then there won't be a permit. If th=_re's no <br />13 violation and we have dealt with that issue, then we can <br />14 go ahead and have the hearing. <br />15 If we can't do that--because I do.~'t want <br />16 to continue to have this, and I believe it's goi.~g to be <br />17 very problematic giving notice to people--one alternative <br />18 would be to continue it for two months rather th,sn one <br />19 month, but my feeling--and I'd be willing to do that, but <br />20 I don't want to come back and have it continued ,sgain or <br />21 withdrawn. I think it's time to hear this issue and make <br />22 a decision, and if it can't be resolved in a month, let's <br />23 just try and deal with that now and give them tw~~ <br />24 months. <br />25 But it seems to me, especially if we are <br />
