So if the board--if yoti want to <br />6 go in that direction, I ask that the board the staff <br />7 declare it has the authority to go ahead and allow Castle <br />8 Concrete or whatever to take corrective action so the <br />9 recommendation is commenced as soon as possible. <br />10 MS. NEVILLE: Mr. Chairman, I have: a <br />11 couple of questions. Is this the right time to ask them <br />12 about this discussion? <br />13 CHAIRMAN O'CONNOR: You bet. <br />14 MS. NEVILLE: Mr. Banta, does that: mean <br />15 whatever you authorized to be done before October will be <br />16 final, or is that just possibly partial? I mean, it <br />17 could be final in total, or it could be partial? There <br />18 might still be some open items? <br />19 MR. BANTA: That's correct. It could be <br />20 final in some of the components of the plan, and some of <br />21 it may still be happening. <br />22 MS. NEVILLE: Because of timing. Another <br />23 question I have is we will be seeking an appointment with <br />24 Mr. Banta and or the appropriate members of his :staff, <br />25 and this assumes now when we set these deadlines five <br />
