6.4.7 EXHIBIT G -Water Information
5. We have submitted a new Gravel Pit Well Application to the Division of the State Engineer to
expand the use of our current well permit. There will be no exposure of ground water in the
amendment area anytime in the near future, as that area of the Gravel Pit will be the last to be
mined. See plan labeled Mining Phases.
There are no wells within 600 feet of the proposed 13 acre amendment area.
6.4.12 EXHIBIT L -Reclamation Costs
6. The Exhibit L, dated July 14, 1998, which is included in the Amendment Application was
produced by your office. This form should be recalculated to reflect 52.74 acres total mining
area, 36.27 acres pond surface upon final reclamation, with 16.47 acres to be reclaimed as
dryland and shorelines. Of the 16.47 acres it is estimated that approximately 5 acres of this will
be wetlands the remaining 11.47 acres will be drylands. Attached is a list for revegetation to
recalculate Exhibit L.
Demolition costs for three structures included on the Exhibit L dated July 14, 1998 should be
deleted from Exhibit L recalculations. There are three buildings on the property to the east of
the mining area, belonging to Winograsky & Grant; however, there are no permanent buildings
located anywhere on the 52.74 acres.
6.4.19 EXHIBIT S -Permanent Man-made Structures
7. There are no Permanent Man-Made Structures within 200 feet of the mining operation.
Sincerely,
DU~/~~ UC~INC.
Fred A. Duckels
President
