On May 15, 2002, at the request of John Eastman, Staff Planner, Routt County Planning
Department, the flood control berm along the southern and western boundaries was removed.
His reasoning was that flood water would enter the existing pit in the southeast comer of the site
in a low spot immediately east of XS-6. See attached Revised Floodplain Delineation from Water
Resource Consultants. With these changes the berm will not be constructed.
2. The Reclamation Plan Map, Exhibit F consists of 2 pages. Page 1, left hand side of these 2
pages shows the wetlands mix. Page 2 shows how the areas will be established.
