A the northern end of the c:ucment, the access road joins the I5 Road, which <br />intersects I.IS Highway 50 ut an existing channelizcd intersection al the point Thal the N-S section <br />line between Sections I 1 and 12 meets the Highway..An automatic railroad crossing also exists <br />w•hcrc 15 Road crosses the tracks. This intersection is being used by all activities on the refinery <br />property as well as all lratiic tiom the linit+xl prupcrty..'vlap C-2 indicates the location ul'thc <br />haul route from the pit to Highway S0. The road entrmtce un Highway SU currently has an <br />acceleration lane and a dec;eleratiun lane ti>r trucks entering the property tiom the cart. Given the maximum production of the site coupled with the available trunks. it <br />is estimated that a peak of 8-9 trips per hours will utilize the haul route at maximum production. <br />Only 24 tun capacity trucks will be used. It is expected Ihat 9q°%, ofthc trucks moving the <br />products off site will be of the belly dump type.
