Exhibit M OTHER PERMIT AND LICENSES <br /> 1 . An Air Pollution permit exist for this mining operation, <br /> permit #97-ME0108-F. <br /> 2 . We are working with Mesa County of obtain the necessary <br /> revision. Permit Numbers C55-77, C171-81 & C111-99 <br /> 3 . This is an open pit operation and ground water will be ex- <br /> posed. We have a well permit (#040361-F, case #89CW169) for <br /> the existing lakes. it will be revised to added the new <br /> lake areas prior to mining the new areas not covered by the <br /> well permit. <br /> 4. A dredge fill permit (404) is not required because there <br /> will be no backfilling into waters of the U.S. on this site. <br /> 5 . A Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) has been prepared for <br /> this pit since there is a potential for surface water leav- <br /> ing the site. We have an NPDES permit to cover stormwater <br /> runoff and dewatering for this operation, permit 1 COG- <br /> , 500127 <br /> 19 <br />
