The current Source of Legal Right to Enter are still valid
for the newly added areas that Whitewater Building Materials
Corp. , owns north of the river. Unaweep Charolais Ranches Inc. ,
owns the new area in Stage 2 both parts. A copy of the first and
last pages of the amended lease are included to show we have a
legal right to enter those areas. The full lease can be viewed
at our corporate offices in Grand Junction.
