Review of the various Reclamation Maps(1977, 1991) show the tree plantings applica- ble to each mined area, in Stage 2 - Part B, Stage 5 and the north end of Stage 6 that were added by this amendment, no trees or shrubs will be planted as part of the reclamation plan. The landowners may wish to plant them at their risk, but the operator does not want the liability of having to have a certain number growing to complete final release on these new areas. The approved seed mixes, on page 14(9/ei) will be used around the new lake areas and on the upland area on the west side of Stage 3 - Part A.
