Exhibit G WATER INFORMATION. <br /> At this time we have valid adjudicated well permits on the 6 <br /> lakes covered by the current plan. The 6 lakes to be created in <br /> the existing plan are covered by Well Permit NO. 040361-F issued <br /> 11/21/92 and adjudicated under Case #89CW169, dated 5-21-90. <br /> Minor Revisions will be necessary to the northern most lake (old <br /> Stage 5) because of the change creating two stages. Since we <br /> expect to expose water in the Stage 2 - Part B and Stage 5 as <br /> part of this amendment we will apply for or amend our existing <br /> well permit to cover these lakes prior to exposing ground water <br /> in these areas. Other water issues remain unchanged from what <br /> was discussed in the original application and 1980 amendment. <br /> I <br /> 12 <br />
