DII:K IJARD: I'm going to be nailed with that, I don't think that it individualizes me because I think the rest of the Board agrees with me, you may not accept it, but we are trying to work out the best thing that we think has come out of this board review, it may not appear to you that way. WA7rNE SMITH: You gave an indication that me could get a special meeting within a couple of weeks, DICK WARD: I didn't promise that because there is no way to know the schedules of all the Board members. We have indicated to other operators that we would try WAYNE SMITH: If we were to say get these records all to the satisfaction of the staff in the meantime would there be a need for a ~Iecial meeting? Is that possible? In other words, inaudible, if they are resolved to the satisfaction of the staff is it possible? DICK WARD: That's what we are saying, that we don't, what I am saying I don't wish to do. And that is to have that many stipulations. We have provided permits with a few stipulations but the nature and the quantity of them, personally to me says no, there is an inadequacy here that requests that this is beyond the point of one or two stipulations, that it should not be permitted with staff approval, that the Board should indeed hear more about it and the staff should hear more before further consideration.
