That to me is a very minor thing and is not worthy of (inaudible) I think we are at the point, do you want us to vote on this now, or do you wish to ask for a continuance. I think the Board has already told us, didn't I hear you say Mr. Ward that you thought this would be denied. No, No, I said Yes you did. No I did not, I said You said in your opinion it would be denied as of this moment. As of this moment, that is right. That is correct.
