All policies of Subcontractors shall include the waiver~of subrogation <br />required in Paragraph 7.3. <br />Article 8 -Termination and Stop Work <br />8.1 BMRI may, without prejudice to any other rights or remedy, ahd upon giving <br />both DMG and Contractor written notice, terminate, in whole or in part, this Agreement <br />immediately and finish the terminated Work by whatever method BMRI, in consultation <br />with DMG, may deem appropriate. On receipt of such notice, Contractor shall, except as <br />and to the extent directed, immediately discontinue the Work and the placir}g of all orders <br />for materials, facilities and supplies in connection with the performance of the Work and, <br />if requested, shall make every reasonable effort to procure termination of existing <br />Subcontracts upon terms satisfactory to BMRI. Contractor may be instruct$d by DMG to <br />prepare and deliver to DMG and BMRI a final report respelling the Work. <br />8.2 Upon completion of the Work, as accepted by DMG ahd BMRI, or <br />immediately upon receipt of the aforesaid of termination, Contractor shall deliver to BMRI <br />the following: <br />(a) The originals and copies of all data, notes, docu~rents, reports, <br />information, materials and all other work product relating in any way to, or' developed, or <br />-17- <br />
