<br />collected as a part of the Work. Contractor shall also provide copies of all materials <br />referenced in the preceding sentence to DMG. All such data, notes, documents, reports, <br />information, materials and other work product relating to, or developed, or collected as pan <br />of the Work remains the property of BMRI and may not be used by Contractor, except by <br />written agreement of BMRI, on any other project or for any other person, firm or <br />corporation. <br />(b) Executed releases of liens and claims stating that all bills have <br />been paid and no claims exist against BMRI. <br />(c) Final itemized invoice for payment. Contractor shall be paid for <br />Work performed in accordance with the Contract Documents to the date pf termination. <br />BMRI shall pay Contractor for actual and reasonable costs incurred by Contractor as a <br />consequence of the termination initiated by BMRI. However, Contractor shall not be liable <br />to pay any bonus, damage or other claim asserted by Contractor for its expected profit on <br />the uncompleted portion of the Work. <br />8.3 Either DMG, BMRI or both parties together may at any time by written <br />notice to Contractor, require Contractor to stop all or any part of the Work Ifor a period of <br />up to ninety (90) days after the notice is delivered to Contractor (the "Stop (Work Order"). <br />Upon receipt of the Stop Work Order, Contractor shall comply immediately with its terms <br />-IS- <br />
