C~ <br />vehicles <br /> <br />of any one person and <br />$1,000,000 for more than one <br />person in any one; occurrence, <br />and <br />$1,000,000 for loss of or <br />damage to property din any one <br />occurrence <br />7.3 All policies shall be endorsed to provide that underwriters sand insurance <br />companies of Contractor shall not have any right of subrogation against $MRI and all <br />subsidiaries, agents, employees, invitees, servants, contractors, subcontractors, insurers and <br />underwriters. <br />7.4 Contractor shall have BMRI named as an additional insured with respect to <br />Contractor's performance of services under each of the policies required by Section 7.2 <br />above. <br />7.5 The liability of Contractor under this Agreement shall not be limited to or by <br />the insurance coverage required of Contractor under Paragraph 7.2 above. <br />7.6 Any and all deductibles in the above-required insurance policiies shall be the <br />sole responsibility of Contractor. <br />7.7 Contractor shall require all Subcontractors to obtain, maintain and keep in <br />force similar insurance coverage during the time they are engaged in perfozming services <br />-16- <br />
