Said insurance also shall cover Contra'ctor's Subcon- <br />traMOrs or Contractor shall require any Subcontractor to obtain coverage equivalent to that <br />described in this Article 7, including notification of change or cancellation. Before <br />commencement of any of the Work hereunder, Contractor agrees to furbish to BMRI <br />certificates of insurance or other evidence satisfactory to BMRI to the effect that such <br />insurance has been procured and is in force. The certificates shall contairi the following <br />express obligation: <br />'"Phis is to certify that the policies of insurance described herein <br />have been issued to the insured for whom this certificate i$ <br />executed and are in force at this time.
