Subcontractor. BMRI may make reasonable requests for information and d9ta concerning <br />work performed by any and all Subcontractors under this Agreement, and the Contractor <br />hereby agrees to submit such information and data promptly upon request. <br />6.4 Contractor and any Subcontractors shall specifically limit any remedies <br />available to Contractor and Subcontractors so as to indemnify DMG and anyj officer, agent, <br />or employee of same from any liability arising out of the performance or terrrkination of this <br />Agreement or any Subcontracts. <br />6.5 Approved subcontract expenses, such as the independent analydical laboratory <br />expenses, shall be considered a "direct, non-salary reimbursable expense".
