Subcontractor. BMRI may make reasonable requests for information and d9ta concerning <br />work performed by any and all Subcontractors under this Agreement, and the Contractor <br />hereby agrees to submit such information and data promptly upon request. <br />6.4 Contractor and any Subcontractors shall specifically limit any remedies <br />available to Contractor and Subcontractors so as to indemnify DMG and anyj officer, agent, <br />or employee of same from any liability arising out of the performance or terrrkination of this <br />Agreement or any Subcontracts. <br />6.5 Approved subcontract expenses, such as the independent analydical laboratory <br />expenses, shall be considered a "direct, non-salary reimbursable expense". 'Irhe Contractor <br />shall include a summary of such expenses within its monthly invoice to BM~tI. <br />Article 7 -Insurance <br />7.1 Contractor agrees at all times during the Term of this Agreemdnt to maintain <br />in full force and effect the types and amounts of insurance with insurance companies <br />satisfactory to BMRI as follows: Worker's Compensation (including ocwp$tional disease <br />in accordance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements); Employer's Liability <br />Insurance (including coverage on all of Contractor's employees engaged in thle performance <br />of the Work); Comprehensive General Liability Insurance (including protective liability <br />-14- <br />
