June 24, 2003 -46- <br /> <br />8.0 CONCLUSIONS <br />003-2203.7 <br />In accordance with our responsibilities as the Project Engineer and as the Quality Assurance <br />Consultant for construction of the Phase Nb PSSA, and per the requirements of the various <br />applicable DMG approvals, Golder attests that it observed and performed the requ'ved CQA activities <br />during construction of the Phase Nb PSSA.
