I• <br />L~ <br />r~ <br />~~ <br />June 24,2003 -35- <br />5.2.2 Roll COC Certificates <br />003-2203.7 <br />Poly-Flex provided CQC certificates for each roll (approximately every 10,000 ft') of LLDPE <br />geomembrane used for the project, exceeding the required minimum frequency of one per <br />50,000 square feet of geomembrane. Golder reviewed the CQC certificates to verify conformance of <br />the geomembrane to the project requirements. Geomembrane was placed only when complete CQC <br />documentation was provided and Golder determined that test results met or exceeded project <br />specifications. The geomembrane roll CQC certificates are presented in Appendix J-4. <br />5.2.3 Welding Rod COC Certificates <br />Welding rod certification consisted of resin CQC documents for the resin used to manufacture the <br />welding material for the Cresson Project. The welding material used on this project was produced <br />from three batches of resin. Golder's review of the CQC certification indicates that the resin used to <br />manufacture the welding material met project specifications. The welding rod CQC certificates are <br />presented in Appendix J-5. <br />5.3 Geotextile CQC Documents <br />Geotextile used to construct the LDT and Underdrains was manufactured by the Amoco Fabrics and <br />Fibers Company of Austell, Georgia. Quality Control Certificates for the geotextile, which meet the <br />project specification, are presented in Appendix J-6. <br />5.4 Geogrid CQC Documents <br />Geogrid used for the remediation of the underground workings was manufactured by the TENSAR <br />Company of Morrow, Georgia.
