• Golder performed eight CQA gradations of SLF. The testing frequency (approximately one test per
3,827 cubic yards) exceeded the minimum specified testing frequency of one test per 5,000 cubic
yards. The CQA gadations performed of SLF met project specifications. The SLF CQA gradation
results aze presented in Appendix I-1 and summazized in Table 9.
Golder performed three CQA gradations of BF. The testing frequency (approximately one test per
4,052 cubic yards) exceeded the minimum specified testing frequency of one test per 10,000 cubic
yards. The CQA gradations performed of BF met project specifications. The BF CQA gradation
results aze presented in Appendix I-1 and summarized in Table 10.
Golder performed 13 CQA gradations of LVSCF. The testing frequency (approximately one test per
9,87] cubic yards) exceeded the minimum specified testing frequency of one test per 10,000 cubic
yards. The LVSCF CQA gradations met project specifications, and the results are presented in
Appendix I-1 and summarized in Table 11.
Golder performed five CQA gradations of DCF. The testing frequency (approximately one test per
. 17,110 cubic yards) exceeded the minimum specified testing frequency of one test per 20,000 cubic
yards. The DCF CQA gradations met project specifications, and the results are presented in
Appendix I-1 and summarized in Table 12.
Golder performed one CQA gradations of SDCF. The testing frequency (approximately one test per
3,500 cubic yards) exceeded the minimum specified testing Frequency of one test per 20,000 cubic
yards. The SDCF gradations met project specifications, and the results are presented in Appendix I-I
and summarized in Table 13.
Golder performed one CQA gradation of FSB. There is no testing frequency for FSB. The CQA
gradation performed on FSB did not meet project specifications. However, this material was
approved by Golder as discussed in Section 1.4. The FSB gadation results are presented in
Appendix I-1 and summarized in Table 14.
4.1.2 Moisture Content
• Golder measured oven moisture contents of LTF, SSF, FSB, LDF, SF, SSF, SLF, BF, LVSCF, DCF,
and SDCF as part ofthe CQA program. Moisture content data are presented in Appendix I-1.
