The <br />certification boundary coincides with the limits of the Phase Nb PSSA liner system and includes the <br />following: <br />Phase Nb PSSA limits to elevation 9624: Underground workings remediation; <br />underdrain construction; leak detection system construction; site grading; <br />subgrade preparation; SLF placement and compaction; upper and lower 100-mil <br />smooth, single-sided textured and double-sided textured geomembrane <br />installation; LVSCS placement including LVSCF, piping and riser; SDCF <br />placement; DCF placement; and High Volume Solution Collection pipes; <br />• Between Phase Nb PSSA and Phase III: Site grading; subgrade preparation; <br />SLF placement and compaction; 100-mil single-sided textured geomembrane <br />installation; and DCF placement; and <br />• Phase Nb PSSA limits to elevation 9606: BF installation, placement and <br />compaction on the Phase III ore slope including 100-mil geomembrane <br />installation, and LVSCF and DCF placement. <br />1.7 Items Not Covered in Phase IVb PSSA Certification Report <br />Items that will be addressed in the Phase Nb OSA Certification Report will include the following: <br />• Underground workings remediation; underdrain construction; leak detection <br />system and sump construction; site grading; subgrade preparation; SLF <br />installation, placement and compaction; 80-mil geomembrane installation; DCF <br />placement; and High Volume Solution Collection pipes outside of the Phase Nb <br />PSSA limits, but within Phase Nb; <br />• BF installation, placement and compaction on the Phase III ore slope including <br />100-mi[ geomembrane installation, and LVSCF and DCF placement between <br />elevation 9606 to 9636; <br />• Surface water controls; and <br />• East and west PSSA End Berth construction <br /> <br />~:~omzzoa~oaoo~rmCmrssrowsoozzzo3.aoo.ovwa~o-a« Golder Associates <br />
