Exhibit E -Reclamation Plan <br />The previously approved Reclamation Plan will not be changed by this proposed <br />amendment. By agreement with the landowner (Easement Agreement, February 22, <br />2001, Item 7.a.) the road will be left in place and become the sole property of the <br />landowners. <br />Exhibit F -Reclamation Plan Map <br />Not Applicable. No reclamation will be performed at the new access road site. The <br />road will become the property of the landowners following completion of mining and <br />reclamation activity at the Spring Creek Pit. <br />Exhibit G -Water Information <br />Water information that has been previously approved for this pernut will not be <br />changed by this amendment. <br />Exhibit H -Wildlife Information <br />Wildlife information that has been previously approved for this permit will not be <br />changed by this amendment. <br />Exhibit I -Soils Information <br />Soils information that has been previously approved for this permit will not be <br />changed by this amendment. <br />Exhibit J -Vegetation Information <br />Vegetation information that has been previously approved for this permit will not be <br />changed by this amendment. <br />Exhibit K -Climate Information <br />Climate information that has been previously approved for this permit will not be <br />changed by this amendment. <br />Exhibit L -Reclamation Costs <br />Reclamation costs will not be affected by this proposed amendment.
