Exhibit E -Reclamation Plan <br />The previously approved Reclamation Plan will not be changed by this proposed <br />amendment. By agreement with the landowner (Easement Agreement, February 22, <br />2001, Item 7.a.) the road will be left in place and become the sole property of the <br />landowners. <br />Exhibit F -Reclamation Plan Map <br />Not Applicable. No reclamation will be performed at the new access road site.
