• i <br />Public Hearing on March 26, 1992 to consider possible violation of the terms of <br />Permit M-83-141 and C.R.S. 34-32-101 et seo. <br />3. The Mined Land Reclamation Division presented evidence at <br />the Formal Public Hearing on March 26, 1992, demonstrating that: <br />(1) The Cash (Gold Hill) Mill processed ore from the <br />Bueno Mine and the Cross Mine, both located in Boulder County, which are not <br />owned by Gold Hill Ventures Limited Partnership. The permit states that only <br />ore from Gold Hill Ventures Limited Partnership properties will be processed at <br />the mill. <br />4. Cease and Desist Order, Corrective Action, and Civil Penalty: <br />Based upon these same Findings of Fact and Notice of Violation, and <br />in accordance with C.R.S. 34-12-124(2), (6) and (7) the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board ordered Gold Hill Ventures Limited Partnership and Colina <br />Oro Molino, Inc. to: <br />1. Cease and desist from conducting the following milling <br />operations at the Cash (Gold Hill) Mill -Permit M-83-141: Cease and Desist <br />from milling ore that is not allowed in the permit. <br />2. Mail, within one (1) day after receipt of this Notice, to the <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board, written notice of your compliance with <br />paragraph one (1) of this Cease and Desist Order. <br />3. Complete the following corrective action: <br />(1) The Cash (Gold Hill) mill processes only ore from Gold <br />Hill Ventures Limited Partnership properties. <br />4. Pay the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board a civil <br />penalty in the amount of $23,370.00, within 30 days of the signature date of this <br />document. This is based upon an assessment of $190.00 per day for 123 days of <br />violation, from November 26, 1991 to March 26, 1992. <br />3 <br />
