<br />Molino, Inc., within the state of Colorado and has been designated, as Lessee, <br />the operator of the mill for Colina Oro Molino, Inc. <br />1.4 The Cash Mine Permit No. M-83-141 was originally issues to <br />the Gold Hill Mining Company on September 7, 1983. This permit was amended <br />and transferred from the Gold Hill Mining Company to the Gold Hill Ventures <br />Limited Partnership on September 26, 1985. At that time, the Gold Hill <br />Ventures Limited Partnership assumed all responsibility for his permit, as <br />amended, and the Gold Hill Mining Company was relieved of all responsibilities <br />concerning the Cash Mine operation. On October 18, 1991 the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board approved the succession of operators from the Gold Hill <br />Ventures Limited Partnership to Gold Hill Ventures (a Colorado Mining <br />Partnership) and Colina Oro Molino (a Washington corporation). On that date, <br />the Successor Operators became responsible for all provisions in Permit No. <br />M-83-141, as well as those specified in the Mineral Rules and Regulations, and <br />the Gold Hill Ventures Limited Partnership was relieved of all responsibilities <br />concerning this operation (see Mineral Rules and Regulations Number 1.7). <br />2. Public Hearing: <br />The Mined Land reclamation Board conducted a Formal Public <br />Hearing on March 26, 1992 to consider possible violation of the terms of Permit <br />No. M-83-141 and C.R.S. 34-32-101 et sea. <br />3. Findings of Fact: <br />Pursuant to the authority vested in the State of Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board by C.R.S. 34-32-124, the Board made the following findings <br />of fact: <br />1. Gold Hill Ventures Limited Partnership and Colina Oro <br />Molino, Inc. is permitted to conduct a mining operation under the terms of <br />Permit M-83-141 located in Boulder County, Section 12, Township 1 North, <br />Range 72 West of the 6th P.M., in Boulder County, Colorado. <br />2.
