Parties: <br />1,1 Petitioner herein is Gold Hill Ventures, a Colorado Mining <br />Partnership, a co-permittee under Permit No. M-83-141, and Gold Hill Ventures <br />Limited Partnership, the previous permittee. <br />1.2 Colina Oro Molino, Inc. (COM, Inc.) is a Washington <br />corporation, and a co-permittee under Permit No. M-83-141. <br />1.3 Homestate, Inc., is a Washington corporation that has a lease <br />option agreement with Colina Oro Molino, Inc., for operation of the Gold Hill <br />Mill, administration of all mining and ore processing activities of Colina Oro <br />i <br />
