No explosives 1 -q will be used in conjunction with the mining nor reclamation operations. <br />FACILITIES <br />County Road 10-B, an existing ali-weather 18-foot wide 0,89 mile long restricted-use access road, provides <br />access from (Owl Creek) County Road 10 to both an electrical substation and the proposed extraction site. <br />No associated drainage structures other than the above-described water retainment pond aze required. The <br />extraction shall be from an open pit. No buildings, adits, vents, storage sheds, fuels storage, nor equipment <br />maintenance/shop facilities shall be located at the site. Product crushing and screening shall occur on the <br />site. Previously mined and worked-out portions of the extraction-affected areas shall be used for material <br />processing and stockpiling operations. Products shall be truck-hauled from the site to nearby vicinity <br />construction sites via the existing access road and County Roads 10-B ~ 10. <br />The open pit extraction azea shall cover approximately 24Ye, excluding the relocated forest access <br />road, and having varying depths of gravel extraction, dependent upon the relatively steep natural slopes of <br />the site. <br />Processing water shall not be required in the operations.
