Sample Collection Procedures <br />The third party sampling contractor shall prepare a guideline for the <br />conduct of the sampling, based upon a review of the permit monitoring <br />requirements and the Sampling and Analytical Protocol (TR-006). <br />2. The third party sampling contractor shall observe BIyIRI complete <br />sampling and filtering of the collected samples. <br />3. The third party sampling contractor shall accept a split sample to <br />preserve and ship to the analytical laboratory it shall detain for such <br />purpose. <br />4. The third party sampling contractor shall observe the decontamination <br />of all sampling equipment, bailing and sample collection. <br />The third party sampling contractor shall complete an acceptance form <br />for each sample, including its appraisal of whether the sampling <br />technique employed by BMRI conforms with the approved TR No. 006 <br />protocol. <br />6. If the third party contractor refuses to accept said sample and states a <br />specific objection to it, BMRI shall perform the sam~ling a second <br />time. If concurrence cannot be reached after resampling, the sample <br />shall be retain and submitted for analysis, but designat$d as "rejected" <br />and be considered in dispute. <br />7. The third party sampling contractor shall be responsible for providing <br />all necessary bottles, reagents, packing, coolers, preservation needs, <br />custody forms, and all other sampling materials as needed to conduct <br />said sampling pursuant to the TR No. 006 protocol. <br />8. The third party sampling contractor shall be responsible for sample <br />preservation, transportation and delivery to the indeperjdent analytical <br />laboratory. <br />9. All sampling, analysis and reporting shall comply witlj the approved <br />TR-006 protocol. <br />10. The third party sampling contractor shall document its cpmpliance with <br />the approved TR-006 protocol. <br />-4- <br />
