At your earliest convenience, please review, sign, and, if possible, notarize the two <br />statement documents included with this mailing. The first document states your <br />agreement to have Colorado Mazble, Inc., reclaim the disturbed land within your <br />Shamrock Mining Claim. The second document is a statement from Colorado Marble to <br />US Lime, that Colorado Mazble, Inc., has applied for a permit conversion to a type 112 <br />mining operation with affected land boundaries within 200 feet of a man made structure <br />located on US Lime property (in this case FS Road 228). In the event that mining <br />operations impact said structure, Colorado Mazble, Inc., commits to repair or mitigate <br />said potential impacts to the satisfaction of US Lime Company. This "structures" <br />agreement is required by Colorado Mining Law to be agreed upon on in writing by the <br />mine operator and neighboring land owner/structure owner, signed and notarized by both <br />parties, <br />Thank you for your time and attention to this very important issue for Colorado Mazble, <br />Inc.
