I take it the reporter <br />4 wants the exhibits? Or do you? <br />5 THE REPORTER: Your Honor, I will take the <br />6 exhibits. <br />7 ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGE CHILD: All right. The <br />8 reporter will have custody of the exhibits. <br />9 MR. FANYO: I'd like to state something on the <br />10 record at this point with regard to the temporary relief, <br />11 And that is, I understand your ruling and am not <br />12 seeking to reopen that matter at this point, but we may well <br />13 seek some sort of interrogatory review or relief from the <br />14 Board with respect to that. I just want to advise both Your <br />15 Honor, as well as the Respondent, of that this morning. <br />16 ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGE CHILD: Thank you. <br />17 MR. FANYO: There will be no written ruling, I <br />18 gather. It's already stated on the record? <br />19 ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGE CHILD: There what? <br />20 MR. FANYO: There will be no separate written <br />21 ruling on the Temporary-- <br />22 ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGE CHILD: I'm ruling from the <br />23 bench. And then, when I certify the record, that becomes <br />24 the transcript. I believe that's what the rules provide. <br />25 MR.
