I will inst Hitt the parties to file their original <br />6 briefing, posthearing briefing, not later than the 20th day <br />7 of September, 1994. <br />8 That briefing will be in the form of a proposed <br />9 decision, written on behalf of your client, wherein you will <br />10 include groposed findings of fact and proposed conclusions <br />11 of law. And in the proposed findings of fact, each such <br />12 must refer to the page of the transcript of the exhibit <br />13 which you claim supports that finding of fact. <br />14 The parties will file these posthearing submittals <br />15 in duplicate. To the copy only, I ask that you attach <br />16 xeroxed copies of. any cases or authorities--other than <br />17 publications of the Department of the Interior--which you <br />18 refer to or rely upon in your proposed decision or your <br />19 response, which I will comment on in a moment. <br />20 Now understand, you don't need to file those <br />2i xeroxed copies with the original--only to the copy. That's <br />22 my work copy. And I don't have a very good library, and <br />23 that's how I use them. <br />24 I ask that the proposed decisions be no longer <br />25 than 50 pages.
