6.4.6 EXHIBIT F -Reclamation Plan Man <br />The only concern identified on this map is the highwall along the northeast side of the <br />pemut azea. As discussed above, elimination of this highwall, although not required, <br />would be highly desirable for a seamless and stable transition between the reclaimed site <br />and the adjoining property. <br />6.4.7 EXHIBIT G -Water Information <br />Attached to this letter aze review(s) from other agencies concerning any water <br />information. The application appeazs to address water rights, supply, and use adequately, <br />however, the handling of surface water, both process and storm water, is somewhat <br />unclear. Part of the confusion is that the surface water handling system is depicted on the <br />mine plan map and is intermingled with various other aspects of the mining operation <br />such as stockpile locations, plant locations, mining cells, etc. As a result, there is quite a <br />bit of overlap and the surface water systems are not cleazly shown. <br />Therefore, the office is requesting that the applicant submit a sepazate hydrology map <br />containing only those elements pertinent to the surface water control system such as <br />existing and proposed sediment ponds, diversion ditches, collection ditches, conveyance <br />ditches, culverts, pipelines, water supply lines or ditches, infiltration ponds, etc. <br />Isolating these features on the base mining map will provide a clearer picture of how this <br />water is being handled. <br />6.4.8 EXHIBIT H -Wildlife Information <br />This section is adequate as submitted. <br />6.4.9 EXHH3IT I -Soils Information <br />This section is adequate as submitted. <br />6.4.10 EXHIBIT J -Vegetation Information <br />This section is adequate as submitted. <br />6.4.11 EXIIH3IT K -Climate Information <br />This section is adequate as submitted. <br />6.4.12 EXHIBIT L -Reclamation Costs <br />It is now our policy to conduct independent reclamation liability cost estimates for all 112 <br />construction material applications, amendments, or revisions.
