The temporary diversion will now reenter the <br />Purgatoire between ponds 006 and 007. We will attempt to control drainage from the <br />plant area to pond 006. The temporary sediment structure as originally proposed, will not <br />be built. Enclosed is revised Figure F-1 showing these changes. <br />WFC plans to have the New Elk Mine water discharge enter the temporary diversion. <br />Design for this will have to be done in the field. New Elk discharge will be repiped into <br />the channel after construction is complete. <br />Tn addition, WFC would like to proceed with the temporary diversion and berm <br />construction during the public notice. No water will be diverted until the public notice is <br />complete. <br />Sincerely, <br />David M.
