The structure notation was removed by the operator from revised Map 23 with an explanation that no such structure exists in the field. The Division examined several aerial photographs which seem to support the operator's assertion. Because the scale of the aerial photographs was such that no firm conclusion could be made, the Division intends to examine this area in the field when weather permits. Several proposed revised maps have an incorrect permit boundary line in the northwest section of the permit area, between sections 3 and 4. These maps are zYlap 8, Geologic Cross Section (/ndex Map), A~lap I ~l, r1~/ine Plan, A~lap Z3, Previously [Lfined Areas, and A~lap 27, Subsidence. The Division has no further concerns. All of the maps submitted under TR-07 show the correct permit boundary location. The revised maps which had an incorrect permit boundary were withdrawn from consideration. All of the currently approved maps in the permit application have the correct permit boundary depicted. 4. Proposed revised Map 10, Upper Perched Water Zone, has an incorrect location for the water zone, when compared to the approved Map 10. Please revise this map. The Division has no further concerns. A revised Map 10, "Upper Perched Water Zone", was not submitted in TR-07. The current Map l0 in the permit application is accurate. ~. Proposed revised Map 11, Lower Perched 6Vater Zone, has an incorrect location for the water zone, when compared to the approved Map 11. Please revise this map. The Division has no further concerns. Map 1 I, "Lower Perched Water Zone", was not submitted in TR-07. The current Map l 1 in the permit application is accurate. TEXT 6. On proposed revised page 2.03-16, please reword Section 2.03.6(!) to reflect that the Federal lease has been obtained and [hat the permit area and mineral rights are a combination of private and federal. This text should reflect the sitzzntion at the time of the approval of TR-02. The Division has no further concerns. This issue is not applicable in TR-07. There is no proposal in TR-07 to go into federal coal.
