March 15, 1990 - Lenders obtain a new attorney - Tammy <br />Akers of Gorsuch, Kirgis, Walker, and Grover. <br />3. March 21, 1990 - Briggs transmits HR6 plan to Akers. <br />4. April 24, 1990 - Briggs transmits MLRD options on HR6 to <br />Akers and to Bartels. <br />5. May 1, 1490 - Akers advises Briggs that engineer has been <br />hired to review plan. <br />6. May 2, 1990 - Akers sends letter to Hernandez. <br />7. May 29, 1990 - Briggs inquires as to status to engineer's <br />review of plan. <br />5. ROCKFALL HAZARD: <br />a. All operations in Phase I have been pulled back from Willians <br />Canyon rim. <br />WORK CURRENTLY IN PROGRESS AND PARTIALLY COMPLETED: <br />1. ROAD SIDE DAMAGES: <br />a.
