113(5) (3) The prospector shall file a written notice upon completion <br /> of all required reclamation. <br /> 113(6) (4) l:ithin thirty (30) days after such filing, the Board shall <br /> conduct an inspection and evaluation of the reclamation and <br /> shall determine whether the reclamation meets all require- <br /> ments of law and these rules. If a favorable determination e <br /> is made, the surety shall be released no later than thirty <br /> (30) days after the notice of completion of reclamation is <br /> received by the Board. <br /> 119 7.23 Where one operator succeeds another at any uncompleted operation, <br /> the Board shall , upon receipt of notice of such transaction and <br /> presentation of evidence that the successor operator has assumed <br /> all liability for the reclamation of the affected land and <br /> other obligations under this law, release the first operator from <br /> his liability. <br /> 7.24 If the Board finds the reclamation is not complete or successful , <br /> a reconsideration may be petitioned by the operator. A hearing <br /> for reconsideration shall not be held sooner than six (6) months <br /> thereafter, unless, for good cause shown, an earlier hearing may <br /> be held. <br /> - 42 - <br />
