Flow Measurinp„pevice <br />If not already a pan of the pennt«ed tactttn , wtthin Winery (90) days afrer the effective date of the certification, a flow <br />measuring device shall be installed to Etve representative values of effluent quantities at the respective discharee points. <br />A flow measuring device will be applicable at all desigttated discharge poinu of process water. The flow may also be <br />determined by ruing the pump capactn multtpltcd by the length of time the pump is operated, provided that the <br />accuracy requiremem (see below[ is met. <br />When the facility is not operating, and no dtscharge is occurring (e.g., if it is shut down for the winter), a flow <br />measuring device is no[ required to boon stte. <br />At the reques[ of the Water Qualin Control Division, or the Environmental Protection Agency, the perminee shall <br />show proof of the accuracy of any flow•mcasuring device used in obtaining data submitted in the monitoring report. <br />The :low-measuring device must indicate values within ten (10) percent of the actual flow being discharged. <br />• <br />
