Bulk s[orage structures for petroleum products and other chemicals shalt have adequate protection so as to <br />prevent any reasonable loss of the material from entering dischazged waters or waters of the Slate. <br />IndeuYrv-Specific Numeric Limitations <br />Beginning October 1, 1997 and lasting through September 30, 2002, the permittee is authorized to dschage from the <br />process water outfalls, under the industrial category below, as identified in their permit cenification. <br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Regulation 62, 5 <br />C.C.R. 1002-62 and State Discharge Permit System Regulations, Section 61.8 (2), 5 C.C.R. 1002lr1, the permitted <br />dschage shall not contain effluent pazameter concentrations which exceed the following limitatiotu: <br />~- - - <br />~~a.
